Appearance This egg's shell is the darkest shade of black, with dark gray, ancient symbols scattered overtop of it. Very few can actually interpret what the writings mean, but interpreters have managed to figure out clues that might hint what's inside. Its surface is very smooth, with little to no bumps or dents subtracting from its appearace. As old as it may be, it doesn't look its age.
History Nobody has ever been able to crack the code of where this egg came from. It was found by a elf long ago, stored away in a very deep, dark, and foggy cave. In the very last chamber of the cave was a small tree stump, its roots still expanding across the stone floor. Moss was scattered across most of the dead bark, and on top, nestled in a tiny dip on the stump's surface, was the egg. The egg had been passed on through many traders, though none had been able to hatch it. It finally ended up in the hands of a cloaked traveler, who brought it to his master. His boss, unable to hatch it himself after trying numerous spells and techniques on it, stored it away until the day came when he found a potential follower who, after he read her abilities, became his apprentice. It was then that he tested the egg on her, and found a match. The egg now travels with this apprentice, and though it has yet to hatch, signs indicate that it should very soon.
((I'll be playing this one. ^^))

I like it. ^^ Alrighties, accepted.
And umm... Will Rin be hatching it? Just wondering, because usually other people play the eggs that your character hatches, just to make it more interesting, so you get to interact more, but whichever you prefer.... ^^

Yes, Rin will be hatching it. I think I'd prefer to play both...if that's alright, of course. ^^
In the future I'll probably throw in a hatcher or something and experiment then, but for now I think I'd like to just stick to playing Rin and the egg both.
